Help our movement grow
In spring 2020, we started sharing meals with different neighbours – some we knew, some not so well - now they’re doing the same for others. And we hope you will cook for someone too, in whatever way suits you best.
There are no rules with Share a Meal, no forms to fill in - just some simple recipes for seasonal comfort food that we all love to cook and eat - as do our neighbours! You’ll also find recipes from celebrities who support Share a Meal including the Hairy Bikers, Prue and Peta Leith, and Phil Howard, Michelin-starred chef.
Please join in with Share a Meal and let us know what you're doing in your neighbourhood over on our Instagram account.
Jane, Catherine, Laura and Sarah.

How Share a Meal is organised
Share a Meal is a non-profit unincorporated association. Any monies that come in or go out are administered by our Treasurer Alex Allan.
We are all working voluntarily but we do have a wish list of things to do as the movement spreads, including putting up posters in primary care centres, churches and other relevant places, also producing recipe cards.
If you feel able to make a small donation (a few pounds), we would be very grateful. You can do this through our Just Giving page.
