Share a Meal began when we realised we knew lots of people living on their own who don’t eat properly because they can't be bothered to make food for one… so we started cooking.

How to join in

Just cook, share, connect - however it suits you.

Nutritionist Jane Clarke, founder of the Nourish drinks range, provided the nutritional expertise, with recipes from the Nourish chef, Andreas Wingert.
